This auction is for Willow, a vintage mohair teddy bear made by Pat Murphy. Willow is 20" tall and wears a beautiful blue and white patterned vest that was made from an antique coverlet. At the time I adopted Willow, Pat told me her mother made the vest. Willow was born in 1996 making him 25 years old and I have been privileged to have him with me for every one of those years. He's well on his way to becoming a precious antique heirloom that can be passed down through the years from one family member to the next. He proudly offers the following features:
Hand-dyed, golden mohair
Antiqued glass eyes
Thick, felt, paw pads
Hand-stitched nose and mouth
Pellet / Polyfil / Excelsior stuffing
Original hang tag
