Stangl Pottery No. 1547 Acanthus vase 6.25" Rust w/ Turquoise EX!!! 1931 RARE!!

Up for bid is a Fulper / Stangl Pottery No. 1547 Acanthus vase measuring 6.25" tall. This vase is covered in Stangl's Rust glaze on the exterior and Turquoise on the interior. What makes this vase rare is that it is marked FULPER POTTERY on the base and that mark was only used for a short time in 1931 before it was changed to read STANGL POTTERY. This vase also has a hand incised finisher's mark on the base which is not commonly seen. This vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches, or repairs. Starting today I will be listing ten pieces of Stangl pottery, including this piece, so please check out my other auctions. If you are high bidder on more than one auction, ending on the same day, I will be happy to offer a combined shipping discount.
