This item was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. It is in fair cosmetic condition with just normal wear. It looks like a fire department probably just replaced all of their equipment due to age and not neccesarily because is it broken. It needs cleaning. The belts are a little frayed and warn. However, the buckles, belts, hoses, and connectors look to be usable. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
