Cover
is very rigid and retains excellent coloration; although there is some staining and light-moderate wear along edges and at corners. Both the front and back covers are a bit loosely attached at the spine; with some tearing of the paper inside of each (see photo of front cover; back is similar).
Inner pages
are
very clean
... The only writing found is the former owner's name--in ink--on the 2nd blank page. Fold-out copy of letter has some staining and tearing along seams; but looks to be complete. Fold-out map is in excellent shape; just some mild folding under at the tip of one corner.
