COMES AS SHOWN. NO MEANS TO TEST.  Tank appears to be full.  Has some cosmetic wear.  Window of the  case is cracked.   Was acquired from a local mattress factory that went bankrupt.  If you dont want the plastic safety enclosure, we can certainly ship the tank plus mask via USPS.
Item is too large to ship via UPS and must ship via truck freight.  We can ship to United States locations.  Let us know if you want to arrange your own freight or would like us to get you a quote.  For a quote to an item delivered in the Unites States, we need the following info: 1. complete shipping address 2. contact phone number 3. Commercial or residential delivery location 4. Do you have a dock or forklift at the delivery location or do you need a tailgate delivery; thanks Solano Traders.
There is a standard .00 palletizing fee for all freight.
