ISI ELSA 6HF Six-Minute Emergency Life Support Apparatus or 6XF (?) Tank, Hood Case
The pink tank case has ELSA 6XF on it but the red case and manual have 6HF on it and so I am not sure which model this is but the listing is for the exact one shown.  It look like this was manufactured in 1993 and there are no new date stickers or stamping on it and so it will need to be inspected or recertified.  The plastic hinge on the red case has split and would need repair to be able to secure the lid on.   Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
