    Sealed on Both sides, the top and bottom Bearing are the Same
    You  are  getting 2 Bearings
    .  We recommend changing both Bearings if you have the VCM apart.  Bearings come in sealed wrapper.  We removed from wrapper for pictures. We buy hundreds of Bearings at a time.  We save and pass on the savings to you.
