Charlotte by Ridibears
Charlotte is an adorable teddy bear, made from soft golden honey blond mohair, which has a darker backing fabric that peeks through. She wears a pretty made to measure cream cotton dress which is neatly finished with a vintage lace trimmed underskirt. She has endearing boot-button style eyes, hand-stitched claws and a hand embroidered nose and mouth. Charlotte is partially filled with poly-pellets and shot to give her a gorgeous heavy weight and a slouchy posture.
Charlotte is a one-of-a-kind teddy bear and is made exclusively for The Bear Garden.

Bear artist Rita Diesing is based in Berlin and makes her stunning characters under the name Ridibears. She made her very first bear in 1994, however, it was not until 1999 that she gave up her job to become a full-time bear artist. We welcomed Rita's bears to The Bear Garden at the beginning of 2007 and they proved immediately extremely popular.
