This is a new old stock Brinkmann Q-Beam Green Fluorescent Underwater Fishing Light with a 7" Bulb (overall length 12". Low amp drain - only draws .3 amps/hour. Can also be used as an all-purpose outdoor camping/area light without attracting insects.
