Return Policy
Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient. If you are not completely satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange or refund the full purchase price (buyer's choice).
Please contact us first for return instructions before initiating a return. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under the standard return policy.
If you choose to return an item for a refund, your refund will be for the full purchase price and buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless item was damaged in transit. If item was damaged in transit, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Pictures will be required for any product and/or box damage or defects. Item must be in its original packaging/wrap. We will replace at no additional charge any merchandise which resulted from my error or a defective product, Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified.
