Book cover is fair condition with some water stains and discoloring.
Book is in Good to Fair condition.
Pages are a little age discolored but no water stains on pages. Pages are still in good condition.
The only damaged page is photographed. Book is complete no missing or cut out pages.
Book is 12 lbs and measures 16 1/2 inches Long x 12 inches Wide
