These will fit the Pelican head disc holder that fits on Hobart, Blakeslee, Univex, Biro, ETC.  and virtually all grinder motors and floor dough mixers that use the #12 size attachments.

This disc holder isert fits inside the standard pelican head shredder attachment for all #12 power hubs that most commercial mixers have.  This #12 size has the 1/2" square drive end.  This fits Hobart 12 qt to 60 quart mixer.
The disc holder is made of stainless steel and is a compatible replacement part for the Pelican heads that fit Hobart, Univex, Biro, Universal, Tor-Rey, UniWorld and MANY others
